Once a stagecoach stop on the old Sauk Trail, Richton Park is now home to more than 13,000residents and a growing commercial corridor. In addition to residential development, Richton  Park’s town center is slated for a new transit hub in 2006 within walking distance to both retail and residential properties. Richton Park is served by Interstates 294, 57, and 88. It is a short drive to the Tweeter Music Center, golf and country clubs, forest preserves, and other recreational areas.
